Semi-detached house with access via an enclosed private courtyard. The first floor comprises a living area with sofa (possibility of an extra bed for 2 people), armchairs and fireplace, and a kitchen area with dining area. Upstairs, a mezzanine leads to a 2-person bedroom (160x200cm bed) with mezzanine dressing room, a shower room and separate toilet with washbasin. Terrace with garden furniture, electric plancha and barbecue, walled garden with covered terrace and secure access to the river. From the Holiday cottage garden, access to a private quay on the banks of the River Aure (secured by a gate with padlock). Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
