Located in the heart of the Marais de la Dives, on a 12-hectare property bordered by waterways, this gîte is an enchanted interlude for your duo. Modern, well-equipped and beautifully decorated, you'll particularly appreciate the panoramic terrace accessible from the bedroom-lounge. Ideally located 5 minutes from the Pôle Equin Normand - campus international du cheval (CIRALE), 10 km from the beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate, and a few kilometers from Caen, Christophe and Virginie, the owners, will be delighted to help you discover the exceptional flora and fauna of the marsh, including a stork nest on the property.

The Holiday cottage is adjoined to another Holiday cottage (sleeps 4, ref. 2503), but has its own private, unoverlooked outdoor space. The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, and a toilet. Upstairs, a large open-plan bedroom for 2 people (1 x 140 cm bed) incorporates a sitting area as well as a shower room and WC open onto the bedroom. From the bedroom, access to a panoramic terrace with garden chairs is unobstructed. The Holiday cottage also has a private terrace accessible from the living room.
