You'll appreciate its spacious 47 m² living room with bay windows opening onto the terrace. The gîte is located in a small hamlet and surrounded by meadows, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the countryside. Bring your hiking boots and set off to discover the trails of Suisse Normande: the GR passes 100m away, and other circuits pass in front of it to reach the village of Clécy via a charming valley. There are many nature activities to try out in the region: via ferrata, summer tobogganing, kayaking, etc. For swimming, the aquatic center is just 15 minutes away and Ouistreham beach 1 hour.

The interior is all on one level (Tourism and Handicap label) and opens onto a vast living room with kitchen area, dining room and lounge area with sofa (convertible on request). The Holiday cottage has one double bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and one bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a bathroom with toilet and a laundry room.
