Ideally located, you can reach the Beach on foot in 15 minutes, as well as the shops and all the seaside activities of Luc sur Sea. Relax at the Spa. Bicycles are available to take you to the shops and the Beach.

In the property comprising 3 other Holiday cottages (n°3309, 3311 and 3312), gîte adjoining unoccupied buildings. The first floor comprises a living room with kitchen area and sitting area (sofa bed 160x200 cm, possibility of additional sleeping arrangements). Upstairs is a 2-person bedroom (2 Cot 80x190 cm twin beds) and a bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Shared laundry facilities for all 4 Holiday cottages. Private terrace with garden furniture.
