Hélène and Frédéric welcome you to their Holiday cottage Les Lutins, a tastefully and harmoniously decorated former village farmhouse, "Le Clos Lutin". Ideally located, you can reach the Beach on foot in 15 minutes, as well as the shops and all the seaside activities of Luc sur Sea. Relax at the Spa. Bicycles are available to take you to the shops and the Beach.

In the property comprising 3 other Holiday cottages (n°3309, 3311 and 3312), gîte adjoining unoccupied buildings. The first floor comprises a living room with kitchen area and sitting area (sofa bed 160x200 cm, possibility of additional sleeping arrangements). Upstairs is a 2-person bedroom (2 Cot 80x190 cm twin beds) and a bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Shared laundry facilities for all 4 Holiday cottages. Private terrace with garden furniture. Wellbeing area: 3-seater Spa. 24-hour access every day. Shared Sports hall with abdominal bench, elliptical and exercise bikes, treadmill.

    Chouette séjour

    Chouette location proche de l'océan à pied. Vélos disponibles et très belles pistes cyclables pour aller d'une petite ville à l'autre

    Notre évaluation.

    Accès au gîte difficile par manque d'entretien des espaces verts terrasse inexploitable.
    Pas même une bouteille d'eau fraîche à notre arrivée.
    A l'arrivée évier cuisine bouche, pas de lumière a la hotte sur plan de cuisson, ustensiles de cuisine, poêle et faitout a remplacer d'urgence,(poêle rouillée et tordue) problème mitigeur de la douche règle par le propriétaire, manque de lumière au dessus du lavabo et manque patère.(patères cassées)
    Chambre rien à dire, matelas très confortable.
    Environnement manque d'exposition au soleil.
    Pour nous, ce gîte est largement surclassé, ayant l'habitude de réserver des gîtes, 2 épis seraient suffisamment.

    Le gîte les Lutins toujours aussi bien.

    Deuxième séjour au gîte où nous aimons nous ressourcer. Ce gîte situé dans une ancienne ferme au centre de la ville de Luc est très confortable, le cadre est charmant. L'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires font que tout se passe au mieux pendant votre séjour. Sans oublier le maître des lieux, Pollen, toujours là pour vous accueillir.
