The gîte is located in the heart of a beautiful green region between Suisse-Normande and Bocage, ideal for walks and hikes. The pretty little country roads lead you to discover the local heritage, such as the Château de Pontécoulant and the pretty little village churches and chapels. You'll be 15 minutes from Clécy and the Orne Valley, 20 minutes from the Souleuvre Viaduct and 1 hour from the D-Day landing beaches.

The Holiday cottage is independent, set in 600m² of private grounds. The first floor comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, a 2-person bedroom (1 x 140cm bed and 1 x Baby bed), a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room. The first floor comprises 1 bedroom for 2 (1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom for 2 (2 x 1-person beds), separate wc. Enclosed grounds with garden furniture, 6 deckchairs, barbecue, parasol. Barn for bike storage. Secure, gated parking on property.
