Large room with sleeping area for 2 people (1 bed 160x200cm) separated from the living room by a removable partition, lounge with sofa and dining area, kitchenette, shower room, WC. Laundry shared with owner with independent access. Spacious garden with garden furniture and deckchairs. Shared heated Piscine (10x5 meters, depth 1.20 to 2 meters) open from May to September.
