For a 100% natural holiday just a few minutes from the beaches of Houlgate and Cabourg, set down your suitcases in Douville-en-Auge, a tiny village perched at the top of a hill. The Holiday cottage, built of brick and half-timbering, has been perfectly renovated to offer you modern comforts and the charm of an authentic home. On the living room side, the large bay window opens onto an exceptional panorama of the valley, and the terraced garden guarantees relaxing moments to enjoy with the whole family. For your relaxation, you can walk to the Beach (7 km) along the Grande Randonnée trail which passes in front of the Holiday cottage.
Detached house close to the owners' house and in a property including another Holiday cottage (reference no. 2141). All rooms are on different levels. First floor: kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa (a few steps down to living room), armchairs and wood-burning stove. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed, 1 x 90 cm bed, a few steps down), 1 small landing bedroom (1 x 90 cm bed), communicating (a few steps down) with 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 x 90 cm beds), shower room with WC. Garden with garden furniture, not overlooked. Horses: Well-enclosed paddock with shelter.

Bienvenue aux gîtes Les Lavandières et Les Fresnes, tout le département est truffé de bonnes adresses avec des paysages magnifiques et variés du Pays d'Auge par exemple. Je pourrais vous conseiller de faire un tour près des falaises des Vaches noires entre les deux stations balnéaires : Villers-sur-Mer et Houlgate, c'est un havre de paix sauvage. DOUVILLE Séjour en famille
Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, très discrets.
Ce gite est idéalement placé pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme, sentier de randonnée près du gite. A proximité de beaucoup de sites à visiter. Un grand merci pour l'accueil de notre chien avec terrain clos.- Cleanliness

Nicolas Séjour nature proche de tout!
Très beau gîte niché dans un écrin de verdure, au calme, mais proche de tout (mer à 15 min, position centrale pour sites touristiques, commerces à moins de 10 min, randonnées sur place,…). Gîte spacieux, authentique et avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée dont on ne se lasse pas! Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
