For a 100% natural holiday just a few minutes from the beaches of Houlgate and Cabourg, set down your suitcases in Douville-en-Auge, a tiny village perched at the top of a hill. The Holiday cottage, built of brick and half-timbering, has been perfectly renovated to offer you modern comforts and the charm of an authentic home. On the living room side, the large bay window opens onto an exceptional panorama of the valley, and the terraced garden guarantees relaxing moments to enjoy with the whole family. For your relaxation, you can walk to the Beach (7 km) along the Grande Randonnée trail which passes in front of the Holiday cottage.

Detached house close to the owners' house and in a property including another Holiday cottage (reference no. 2141). All rooms are on different levels. First floor: kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa (a few steps down to living room), armchairs and wood-burning stove. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed, 1 x 90 cm bed, a few steps down), 1 small landing bedroom (1 x 90 cm bed), communicating (a few steps down) with 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 x 90 cm beds), shower room with WC. Garden with garden furniture, not overlooked. Horses: Well-enclosed paddock with shelter.

Bienvenue aux gîtes Les Lavandières et Les Fresnes, tout le département est truffé de bonnes adresses avec des paysages magnifiques et variés du Pays d'Auge par exemple. Je pourrais vous conseiller de faire un tour près des falaises des Vaches noires entre les deux stations balnéaires : Villers-sur-Mer et Houlgate, c'est un havre de paix sauvage.     Entre terre et mer.

    Lieu atypique sur demi niveaux mais très confortable et lumineux.Vue sur la campagne et les chevaux très apaisante. Literie de qualité, poêle à bois très appréciable, Salon spacieux, terrasse et parking bien agencés. Quelques tasses supplémentaires , une machine à café plus récente seraient les bienvenues.Calme absolu mais proche de la mer.

    Pleasant stay in a comfortable cottage

    Douville en Auge

    Bel endroit calme et verdoyant. Une belle vue du gîte, qui est très bien équipé avec tout le confort. Séjour reposant. Des promenades à pied dans la campagne: des circuits pédestre à proximité, à partir du gîte, ce qui est très agréable. Le littoral est proche avec toutes les opportunités qu'il peut offrir.
