Situated in a quiet hamlet 5 minutes from Vire, this small granite house is an excellent base for relaxing and discovering the region. Inside, you'll find everything you need for your comfort. Guy will be happy to listen to your needs. A footpath leads around the village. The surrounding countryside is particularly pretty and hilly, on the Bocage side (Pont de la Souleuvre, Lac du Gast) and the Suisse Normande side (Clécy and Pont d'Ouilly). Mont Saint-Michel and Granville beach are 1 hour away.
Detached house, close to the owner's house, not overlooked. It comprises a living room with sofa and armchairs, an open-plan kitchen, a shower room with toilet, and a bedroom (accessed via several steps) with 1 double bed (140x190cm). Outside there's a terrace with garden table, and a garden. Bicycle storage. The first floor is not equipped. If you need to recharge your vehicle, a charging station is located 800 m from the Holiday cottage in the Roullours parking lot.

Très beau séjour dans une belle région,super accueil du propriétaire du gîte,des petites attentions a l'arrivée et très disponible et qui nous a donné plein d'infos sur la région et les coins a visiter.
