The peaceful surroundings are perfect for strolling along the paths that surround the Holiday cottage. In terms of discoveries, you'll be 20 minutes from the Suisse Normande (Pont d'Ouilly base and Roche d'Oëtre site), the Souleuvre site (bungee jumping, luge, zip line) and 1 hour from the Ouistreham beaches and 1h15 from the D-Day landing beaches. The village of Vassy (all shops and services) is 1km away.

This detached house is set in a vast 5000m² garden. The first floor comprises a fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with dining area and lounge area (corner sofa, armchair and fireplace), a 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a shower room with WC, a laundry room and a large unheated garage converted into a games and relaxation room (table soccer, ping-pong table, darts, sofa and armchair). The first floor comprises a landing converted into an office area, 1 bedroom for 2 (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom for 2 (2 x 80cm beds that can be converted into 1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom for 3 (2 x 80cm beds that can be converted into 1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 140cm bed) with en-suite shower room, separate WC.
