This typical Bocage Normand farmhouse has been carefully renovated with ecological considerations in mind, to offer you a warm and comfortable place to stay. You'll appreciate the underfloor heating, the approval of the central fireplace and the south-facing bay windows opening onto the garden. Whatever the weather, Kids will have fun in the garden on the swing, playing ping-pong or indoors with the table soccer, and enjoying the boules pitch. Annick will welcome you and guide you on your visits to the region: the Souleuvre site (bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, accrobranche) 10 minutes away, Suisse Normande and Hiking on the GR36 20 minutes away, Vire and Lake Dathée 15 minutes away, the D-Day landing beaches and Mont St Michel around 1 hour. 10% discount for up to 6 occupants in Holiday cottage.

Detached house with a garden. The ground floor features a spacious living room with an open kitchen and seating area, a fireplace, a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm with an electric bed base), and a small garage for bicycles or motorcycles. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm double bed, and 1 bedroom with 3 90x190cm single beds), a shower room, and a toilet. 1,800 m² garden with a swing and fruit trees, a terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue, plus a ping-pong table. Tourism and Handicap approval (motor, hearing, visual, and mental disabilities). Petanque court.

Wonderfull gite in Normandy

Period: October 11-18, 2025. In a word, fantastic! A warm welcome with good explanations during the tour. A bottle of apple juice and a bottle of cider from a local producer were already waiting for us in the fridge. And for a small price, there were even more in the pantry, along with delicious jars of jam. Apples from the garden and fresh & dried walnuts were laying on trays in the kitchen.
Large garden (fully fenced, also suitable for a small dog), large house, fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen appliances. Modern furnishing. We made good use of the outdoor BBQ thanks to the fantastic weather. There were apple trees in the garden that were full of apples!

If I had to mention one negative point, it would be the position of the TV. It's a bit high. But by converting a cabinet from the bedroom into a new TV stand, that was resolved.

We had a fantastic time! We might come back again in the future.

Superb accomodation , ultra clean in a quiet envi

We have stayed in many gites since we arrived in France 2 years ago . This gite has everything, it is ultra clean and with a beautiful, centrally placed wood fire . The outside area is beautifully maintained and has a fully enclosed garden for your four legged companion . Annick , the owner , is the perfect host .

Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux gîtes depuis notre arrivée en France il y a deux ans. Celui-ci a tout pour plaire : il est d'une propreté irréprochable et dispose d'un magnifique feu de bois central. L'espace extérieur est magnifiquement entretenu et dispose d'un jardin entièrement clos pour votre compagnon à quatre pattes. Annick, la propriétaire, est une hôte parfaite.

Séjour thérapeutique

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le gîtes les Capucines, nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, la cadre est calme très reposant et adapté PMR. Je recommande fortement c’est une très belle maison qui a été super bien rénové félicitations.

Séjour familial

Très bon séjour au calme dans un très joli gîte avec tout le confort.Le jardin est magnifique et la propriétaire Annick est accueillante ,à l'écoute, et aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers.
