In a quiet, unspoilt environment with a superb view, this eco-gîte is the ideal place for a stay with friends or family. In fine weather, you can relax in the deckchairs by the pool. Younger guests will enjoy the games and small animals... The living room is bright and airy thanks to the through-illuminated windows. The open-plan kitchen with its central island is particularly suited to cooking for several people. Add Nathalie's warm welcome, she knows the region well and will be happy to advise you on your visits: Cambremer, Crévecoeur, Livarot, the beaches of Houlgate and Cabourg.

Independent Holiday cottage on the property. First floor: entrance, large 57 m² living room with sitting area (sofa and armchairs), kitchen area, 2-person bedroom (140 cm bed), shower room with
WC. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms for 2 people (140 cm bed), 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 90 cm beds) and 1 bedroom for 5 people (3 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed), 2 shower rooms including one with WC and a toilet with WC. Garden with two terraces to the south and east. Covered heated Piscine (heat pump) open from June to September, shared with the owners. Dimensions: 9.8mx4.5m. Depth: 1.2m to 1.7m. The plot is enclosed on three sides. The other side is on the owners' property, with a small dead-end road. The main road is 600m away.
