The L'Echo des Vagues gîte is a superb vacation home where everything has been thought of for a successful vacation with young and old alike: very comfortable living room, baby equipment, play area with petanque pitch, trampoline and swing, ping-pong table. A pleasant south-facing wooden terrace is ideal for convivial barbecue evenings. The gîte is close to the Vélomaritime cycle path, and a 5-minute walk will take you to the historic site of the Longues sur mer batteries. A small pedestrian road takes you to the wild pebble beach of Longues sur mer. You're just 5 minutes from Port en Bessin, 10 minutes from Arromanches and Bayeux. In the village of Longues sur mer, 800 m away, you'll find a supermarket with bread, snacks and bike rentals.

The self-contained gîte is located on a former farmhouse consisting of unoccupied buildings. The first floor comprises a large living room, a separate kitchen, a toilet and a laundry room. The 1st floor comprises a 1st sleeping unit for 4 people (accessed via a stone staircase) with 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 x 90cm beds), shower room with WC. A 2nd staircase leads from the living room upstairs to a 2nd sleeping area for 4 people, with 1 bedroom for 2 with sea view (1 bed 160cm), 1 bedroom for 2 with sea view (1 bed 160cm), shower room with WC. This floor includes a 3rd sleeping area for 6 people, with 1 bedroom for 3 people (3 beds 90cm and a desk), 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 160cm and 1 bed 90cm), shower room with WC. Private enclosed courtyard with wooden terrace (garden furniture, barbecue and parasol). Games room with table tennis and darts. Orchard with play area.
