Situated in a remarkable setting on a 3-hectare estate, the Gîte de l'Echappée Verte guarantees you a quality family holiday in the calm and rolling countryside of the Pays d'Auge. Spacious, modern and well-equipped, this gîte is ideal for a stay with family or friends in the countryside, but only 25 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Fleurie (Trouville sur mer, Villerville, Deauville). Children have their own playground, and you can cycle along the charming country roads. And for gourmets, visit the markets in Cormeilles and Pont L'Evêque to discover the finest Normandy produce!
This detached house is set in a vast one-hectare plot. The first floor comprises a living room (with sofas, armchairs, pouffe and stove) with dining area opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen, a veranda, a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm), a shower room and separate toilet. The first floor comprises a 3-person bedroom (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm), a large 2-person bedroom with balcony (1 bed 160cm), a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm) communicating with a 1-person bedroom (1 bed 90cm), a bathroom (bath, double washbasin and WC). The gîte has private grounds and a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Baby facilities. Bicycles available on request (2 adults and 4 children). Swing and ping-pong table.

Perfect week in a great house
5/5We had a wonderful week. The house is in a beautiful location with views over the hills. The owners live nearby, speak English, and are very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and has everything you need. We knew the area well; there's always plenty to do, and we'd love to return once again. Highly recommended.

Gîte fort agréable et reposant. Tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien.
La literie est bonne.
Les divers jeux pour enfants sont un vrai plus.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé la déco et le paysage est très apaisant..
