Situated on the heights of Dives sur mer, the Verger de Sarlabot gîte boasts an incredible view of the sea, Cabourg and Dives in the foreground and up to 60km to the south of the département ..... A magical place to recharge your batteries after a day's sightseeing! The historic center of Dives can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, along an ancient Roman road. The beaches of Houlgate and Cabourg can be reached on foot in 25 minutes. And for gourmets, there's the Dives market on Saturday mornings in the beautiful old covered market halls, where you can discover the finest Normandy produce.

The Holiday cottage is located on the garden level of the owners' house, accessed by a small pathway with 3 steps. The Holiday cottage comprises a 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with a sitting area (2 armchairs) and a desk, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a lovely bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. The living room opens onto a private garden with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, a brazier and a parasol. The Holiday cottage is non-smoking and not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The traditional lava-stone sauna is about 40m from the Holiday cottage door, in the garden: €20 for a 1-hour session (to be paid on site to the owner and booked in advance so that the sauna can be heated on request).
