Located in the heart of Bretteville sur Laize, Le Pressoir de la Laize enjoys a peaceful setting. Combining authenticity and modernity, you'll enjoy a large, comfortable living room and cozy bedrooms in a family Holiday cottage (perfect for 2 to 10 people from 1, 2 or 3 generations!) that has retained its original character. You're just a 2-minute walk from all the shops, services, restaurants, media library, the village Cinema (1 screening a week) and the Thursday morning Market. Our location means you can reach many tourist attractions in less than 30 minutes: Caen and its Memorial Museum, Thury-Harcourt, capital of Suisse-Normande, Falaise and its famous castle, the beaches of Ouistreham and Merville-Franceville. An old stable is available for you to use to keep in shape. Several vehicles can be parked in the garden.
This detached Holiday cottage is located on an inhabited family property. The first floor comprises a kitchen opening onto a dining room. A half-level staircase leads to a large living room with sofas and fireplace. A large dining table is available for family meals or board games. An outside staircase leads directly from this room to the garden. The upper level comprises 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 180cm) with desk and toilet, 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90cm that can be made into 1 bed 180cm) with desk, 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90cm that can be made into 1 bed 180cm) with desk, 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90cm that can be made into 1 bed 180cm) , 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160cm), shower room, bathroom, separate toilet. The Holiday cottage has a private garden with garden furniture and access to a private wooded park.

RWA Beautiful house in a lovely village
The setting is beautiful, in the grounds of an enormous estate and a 2 minute walk from a really charming village.
The house is clean, comfortable and full of interesting corners but the garden is the truly amazing part. We had so many adventures exploring it and every meal outside in the shade.
Charles provided a very warm welcome and was very attentive with communication.

ConnyvV Lovely house, well equipped
We had a lovely time in this large, authentic house. The kitchen was fully equipped and exceeded our expectations. Everything had been thought of. There were games and outdoor toys for the children. It is a pity that the wooden floor on the landing creaks; it is quite noisy with small children waking up early. Because there are no screens, flies and other insects quickly fly inside when the weather is nice and the doors are open. The large, quietly situated garden was delightful. Enough sigt-seeing within 30-60 minutes drive.

Juju Séjour en famille
Dès votre arrivée vous serez conquis par l'allée d'arbre qui mène à la maison et le charme de cette maison typique. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très réactif.
Il y a un grand jardin clos pour jouer et déjeuner tranquillement, du matériel de sport pour se defouler, des jeux et des livres pour enfants, un grand salon cosy et une grande cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut. Tout est bien pensé pour que vous passiez un bon séjour.Un grand merci aux propriétaires car cette semaine à été parfaite.
