The house overlooks a small valley bordered by the Seulles River. There are deckchairs and lounges in the garden. Families will find all the baby equipment they need, as well as games for Kids (swing set, inflatable structure in summer). At the crossroads of all tourist routes: Caen, Bayeux, Mont St Michel.

The property includes 3 Bed and breakfast rooms. On the 2nd floor of the house: the Bitam room for 2 people (bed 160cm) and the Oyem family room for 2 to 5 people (2 beds 140cm and a sofa bed for 1 person), private shower room and WC. Lounge area with armchairs or sofa and courtesy tray. In a renovated old bread oven close to the house: Madras suite for 2 people, with living area and kitchenette (hob, microwave and fridge) on the first floor, shower room with WC and sleeping area for 2 people (140cm bed) on the first floor, which has an attic and a mezzanine. Terrace with garden furniture. Picnic facilities. Large garden with relaxation area. Holiday cottage on site (sleeps 5). For the Oyem room: the price for 2 people is increased by 15€ if 2 beds are occupied.
