Single-storey ground-floor studio located on the property, including the owners' garage and a two-person Holiday cottage above (3653) with shared entrance. It comprises a kitchenette, a living area with sofa, a sleeping area with double bed (160x200 cm), and a bathroom with WC. Private garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Dogs of category 1 and 2 or weighing more than 30 kg are not accepted. Holiday cottage not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
