In fine weather, you can relax on the benches of the large terrace, while your children play on the swing or take part in the activities on offer at the nearby Domaine de Guillaume: swimming pool, playground, etc. Discover the rich heritage of the Pays d'Auge, including the Château de St Germain de Livet, just 5 minutes away. The beaches of the Côte Fleurie (Villers sur mer, Deauville and Trouville) are 45 minutes away.

This self-contained Holiday cottage is located near the owners' home and close to an estate of 24 Holiday cottages. It benefits from 800 m² of private enclosed grounds and a private terrace. The ground floor comprises a living room with kitchen, dining area, sitting area (sofas, armchairs and wood-burning stove) and a toilet with washbasin. The attic floor comprises three bedrooms: a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 140cm) with open shower room, 1 2-person bedroom (1 bed 140cm), a shower room and 1 2-person bedroom (2 beds 90cm). Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and private Spa (included in the rental price) available all year round. Access to shared facilities: heated swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September (16m x 7m), 700 m² playground with basketball court, table tennis, swing, swing set, pétanque court, electric vehicle recharging at extra charge.
