Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach at Villers sur Sea, Le Pavillon Normand is a lovely half-timbered house in the Belle Epoque district, remarkable for its architecture linked to the 1900 World's Fair, including the Villa Malgache and the Châlet Japonais. The upstairs living room has an original, modern loft feel, opening onto a pleasant south-facing terrace and a beautiful sea view from the lounge. Here, everything is within walking distance: restaurants, shops, seaside activities, Casino, Cinema, mini-golf, not forgetting Le Paléospace and the Parc du Marais, a pleasant place for a stroll. 10 minutes from Deauville and 15 minutes from Cabourg.

The Holiday cottage is independent. The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a separate bedroom for 2 people (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and separate WC. The first floor comprises a living room with sitting area and fitted kitchen (the wood-burning stove is not in use), and a WC. The Holiday cottage has a private enclosed garden with wooden terrace (access from the living room), garden furniture, plancha and deckchairs. Holiday cottage not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
