The ground floor includes a living room with open kitchen, a laundry room with wc and washing machine, a living room with sofa and TV and a small shower room. A mezzanine above the living room has a double bed 140x190cm. The attic floor (stairs from the living room) includes 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 80x200cm beds and 1 80x200cm trundle bed) and a bathroom with wc. The stove and the chimney visible on the photos are not functional. Sheets are provided. Internet connection in wifi with fiber. In fine weather you will enjoy the large wooden terrace facing south and the enclosed garden at the back is ideal for ball games. You will appreciate the colorful interior and the chalet atmosphere of the living room with its wooden cladding. Omaha Beach is only 10 minutes away. With the proximity of the Caen-Cherbourg road, you will easily reach all the other landing beaches, sites and museums. You will also discover the Bessin with its fortified farms, its apple orchards and the charming town of Bayeux 16 minutes away.
