This beautiful house of character offers a lovely view of the surrounding Countryside. The Château de Pontécoulant can be seen through the trees. The sheltered terrace, sun loungers and living room with wood-burning stove are ideal for relaxing. The region is well known for its Hiking trails and the many sports available in Clécy and the Orne valley (kayaking, climbing, archery, paragliding, golf). Ouistreham Beach is 50 minutes away. Fishing in the Druance River is 800 meters away on foot, or 2500 meters away by car (1st category river).
Detached house, close to another Holiday cottage (n°2544 for 4 people). First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area (sofa, armchairs), stove, shower room (Italian shower) with WC. Attic floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 1 person). Enclosed garden with sheltered terrace, garden furniture.

Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire. Il est dommage de ne pas savoir de quels équipements électroménagers vous parlez pour pouvoir y remédier. Pour ce qui est du sèche linge, effectivement, il n'y en a pas, mais cela est bien indiqué dans la description. Cordialement.
