Outside, the garden invites you to relax in a pleasant setting, ideal for enjoying fine weather. In terms of discoveries, you're just 6 minutes from Cerza Zoo, 10 minutes from the remarkable gardens and château of Boutemont in Ouilly-le-Vicompte, and 8 minutes from Lisieux. Take advantage of your stay to sample the many typical local cheeses at the Graindorge cheese dairy in Livarot.

This Holiday cottage, located in a small street with little traffic, comprises on the first floor a kitchen opening onto the dining room, a lounge area, and a shower room with WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and a desk, and the other with a 140cm bed, a desk, a bath and WC. The third bedroom is in a separate annexe and includes a 140cm bed and its own shower room with WC. Outside, you'll find a garden surrounding the Holiday cottage and a terrace with garden furniture. There is a second Holiday cottage (n°3737) on the property, but with separate outdoor areas. Washing machine shared by the 2 Holiday cottages on the property.
