Situated 10 minutes from Cabourg beach, this magnificent local stone building has been perfectly renovated to welcome you with family or friends. Upstairs, the magnificent living room with its cathedral ceiling and central fireplace offers a lovely view over the garden. The 6 spacious, comfortable bedrooms, the living room opening onto the garden through a large bay window, the games room and the 4 shower rooms offer exceptional comfort. Between sea and countryside, there's something for everyone: discover the Dives marshes, the Bay of Orne (bird sanctuary) for a 100% nature day out, or stroll along the seafront (Cabourg, Houlgate). Don't miss Beuvron en Auge, one of France's most beautiful villages, just 20 minutes away. Total capacity of 20 people by reserving the 2 gîtes.
The Holiday cottage is located on a large property comprising another 8-person Holiday cottage (ref 3509) and the owners' house. First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 2-person bedroom with desk (1 bed 160cm), 2-person bedroom (2 twin beds 80cm), shower room with WC, gaming room-lounge with table soccer, WC. 1st floor: large living room with sofas, games table and central fireplace, 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room, 2-person bedroom with desk (2 x 80cm twin beds), 2-person bedroom (2 x 80cm twin beds), 1-person bedroom (2 x 80cm twin beds), shower room with WC, bathroom, WC. Secluded garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. Open shed shared by 2 Holiday cottages with 2 ping-pong tables and carport. Baby equipment on request. Underfloor heating.

Marine Super grand gite bien équipé
Très vaste maison et propriété très tranquille à la campagne et à seulement 10 kms de la mer. Super pour des retrouvailles familiales avec ping Pong et kicker.

B Juckes Wonderful family stay at Le Logis du Marin
We have just returned from a family (11 adults) stay at Le Logis du Marin. Although we knew from the listing that the property was going to be lovely it far exceeded our expectations. We had a very warm welcome on arrival, following very helpful pre-arrival communication with the owners. The gite was spotless and very spacious. Each of the bedrooms was huge and the beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs sitting room with its large window overlooking the grounds. The gite was equipped with everything that might be needed.
The location of the gite was perfect, less than half an hour of the ferry port at Ouistreham and close to many places of interest.

SH Séjour entre amis
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine entre amis dans ce grand gite en pleine nature. Le couchage y est excellent et la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Nos hôtes ont été à l'écoute et très accueillants. La Normandie regorge de trésors et une semaine ne suffit pas pour en faire le tour: plages du débarquement, mémorial de Caen, très beaux villages classés, réserves naturelles, marais..
Quelques aménagements sont prévus prochainement pour améliorer encore la qualité de l'accueil. Je ne peux que conseiller ce gite aux grandes familles ou bien aux amis qui, comme nous, souhaitent se retrouver.- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le Logis du Marin. Le gîte que nous avons occupé a été réhabilité avec goût par les propriétaires qui ont eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir à notre arrivée.
