Located just outside Caen in a remarkable 18th-century architectural complex, the Loft du Manoir has been renovated and designed with originality and great comfort in mind. Very spacious, it perfectly combines authenticity and modernity. You’ll particularly enjoy the living room with its exposed stone walls and modern kitchen, the spacious lounge upstairs with its well-stocked library, and the tree-lined garden filled with flowers—perfect for relaxing moments. You’ll be just a few minutes from Caen and 20 minutes from the Beach. The loft is an ideal base for exploring the D-Day beaches, the Caen Memorial, “Suisse Normande,” and the many treasures of our region. On-site, nature lovers and hikers can explore the Orne Valley greenway.

The holiday cottage is attached to the owners' home. On the ground floor, it features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, which features a spacious living room with a sofa bed (accommodates 2 additional guests) and a work area, as well as a bathroom with a toilet. The loft-style sleeping area is located on the second floor. The holiday cottage has a shared enclosed garden with a terrace, a relaxation area, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Secure parking is available on the property. An electric vehicle charging station (for long-term charging) is provided. The holiday cottage is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
