Located in the heart of the village of Ver sur Sea, this Holiday cottage will surprise you with the originality of its architecture. The large bay windows in the living room and bedroom offer spectacular views of the garden and fields in the distance. Well-equipped, comfortable and bright, Loft aux Coquelicots is the ideal base for exploring the Côte de Nacre and the D-Day beaches. You can walk to the peaceful beaches of Ver sur Sea or to the British Memorial, which offers an incredible view of Gold Beach.
This holiday cottage is located on the 2nd floor of the owners’ home (accessed via a private staircase in the turret) on the property, which also includes another holiday cottage (sleeps 6, ref. 3234). It features an air-conditioned living room with a kitchen-dining area and a sitting area (a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional guest and armchairs), one double bedroom (one 140 cm bed with high-end bedding), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outdoor area on the property with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue (shared by both holiday cottages). Wellbeing massages are available; please check with the owner.

Nor 25 Découverte des plages du débarquement
Logement sous équipé en meuble de rangement. Dans la chambre pas d’armoire ni penderie impossible de vider la valise. Dans le séjour pas de possibilité de poser un PC. Pour la cuisine manque de vaisselle, ex pas de théière, pas de balai et aucun produit d’entretien a dispodition.

Madame je suis sincèrement désolée de ces désagréments, en revanche pour la théière il vous suffisait de me la demander, je vous croisais souvent... Pour la vaisselle je ne comprends pas c'est un logement pour 3 personnes et il y a de la vaisselle pour 6 en ce qui concerne le balai il y a un aspirateur à votre disposition et pour les produits d'entretien le ménage est compris dans la prestation donc vous aviez du liquide vaisselle une éponge et un torchon à votre disposition cela devait suffir. Pour votre ordinateur à poser pour travailler vous disposez d'un bar pour 8 personnes et d'une table basse bref je ne comprends pas. Bref quel dommage ce manque de communication orale . Mais les Gites de France sont formidables et vous trouverons un gîte exceptionnel à votre image la prochaine fois. Bonne fin d'été.

Très bon accueil de Christina, elle est adorable et donne de bons conseils. le gîte est très beau, bien équipé, bonne literie. Nous avons même pu profiter de l’espace extérieur malgré la météo maussade. Le gîte est bien situé pour visiter les plages du Débarquement. La boulangerie est dans la rue, ainsi qu‘un petit proxi pour dépanner. Je recommande vivement ce gîte.

Un accueil inoubliable de Christina aux petits soins avec nous. Un lieu exceptionnel, un écrin de verdure dans un joli village. Le loft est parfaitement équipé, très confortable avec une vue imprenable. Tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien ! Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr.

Rob B Wonderful in every way.
This is our second stay at the Poppy Loft and we can only say it is absolutely superb. The welcome from the owners is amazing and the loft is even better than it's description and photographs. The location is stunning with secure parking and a spacious garden with seating and lawned area.The new British Normandy Memorial is a 2 minute walk away and there is a small convenience store, a bakery and a Tabac just out side the gate to the property. Being on gold beach this is a central location to visit all the landing beaches. The lovely owner also has a three bedroom property on the same site if you need a bigger rental. Can't praise this highly enough. We will be back every year. Book with confidence.
