Located 2 minutes' walk from the sandy beach of Saint-Aubin, which you can reach via pedestrian walkways, Jardin Iodé is a pleasant, bright apartment whose bay windows open onto the garden with sea views. With its terrace and deckchairs, it's the ideal place to relax and enjoy family time. Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, nicknamed "La Reine Iodée", is a family-friendly seaside resort offering a wide range of activities: tennis, cinema, casino, restaurants, cycling, water sports and seaside activities, hiking trails... and all within walking distance of the gîte!
The apartment is located on the garden level of a two-story residence, set back from the road. On one level, it comprises a living room with kitchen area, a double bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed), a sleeping area with glass partition for two people (2 x 90 cm beds), and a bathroom with toilet. The gîte has a private 100 m² garden with terrace and sea view (garden furniture, two deckchairs, electric barbecue). Basement garage.

Bonsai Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht.
Wir waren eine Woche da und haben es sehr genossen.
Es war sehr ruhig und das Meer konnte man vom Essplatz und von der Terrasse aus sehen.
An der Promenade und am Meer ist man in 2 Minuten und Bäcker und Restaurants schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.- Cleanliness

Kite lumineux
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte lumineux, propre, bien aménagé. Il est proche de la digue et de la plage, des restaurants, des commerces (notamment du Carrefour Express).L'accès est facile, avec juste quelques marches avec rampe pour accéder au hall et la possibilité de se garer. Nous avons été bien accueillies, le grille pain en panne a été remplacé illico.
