In the quiet cul-de-sac of a housing estate, this house offers a lovely view over the countryside. The atmosphere of this gîte is unique: the open-plan layout of the rooms, the large bay windows overlooking the wooden terrace and garden, and the bright living room all give a relaxing impression of well-being. To achieve this, Karine has paid particular attention to the decoration and layout of the rooms. You'll be close to all the local shops. The beach is 2 minutes away by car or 5 minutes by bike. If you prefer, you can walk through the Colleville marshes. Kayaking, paddle-boarding, sailing, sand yachting and coastal kayaking are just some of the water sports you can enjoy. There's no shortage of places to sample local produce, with special mention for Le Vivier, overlooking the sea.

Bienvenue à Colleville-Montgomery, près de Ouistreham. Normands d'origine, nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour cette maison. Nous l'avons aménagée comme pour nous, en souhaitant que vous y passiez un séjour agréable. La région ne vous décevra pas entre la plage, les chemins pédestres pour y accéder, les produits de la mer à déguster et tout simplement le dépaysement. A bientôt, Karine et Denis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette spacieuse et confortable maison, ouverte sur un magnifique et sobre jardin où les enfants peuvent jouer sans danger. L'accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné (petit cadeau de bienvenue). L'environnement est paisible, propice au repos, aux promenades champêtres tout en étant proche de la mer. Un séjour parfait dont nous repartons pleinement satisfaits !

Gite magnifique et confortable, on ne se bouscule pas, même à 7 adultes.
Très bien situé pour les visites et les balades à pieds dans une belle région.
Propriétaire très accueillante ainsi que sa jeune voisine qui la remplace au cas où il y a un empêchement.
Encore merci pour les présents de bienvenue qui ont été très appréciés.

Katrin Großzügiges Familienhaus in Strandnähe
Das Haus ist 3-4km vom Strand entfernt, schön ruhig gelegen und hat einen wunderschönen Außenbereich mit Garten. Auf der umlaufenden Holzterrasse gibt es tolle Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, mit Blick in‘s Grüne.
Der untere Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen hellen, großzügigen Aufenthaltsbereich, sogar mit einem gestimmten Klavier.
Die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht.
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill und Sitzkissen für draußen.
Nur die 3 Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock sind eher klein und dicht aufeinander liegend, teilen sich 1 Bad.
Uns fehlten dort lediglich Kleiderschränke in den Zimmern und etwas mehr Platz.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer neben dem Wohnraum hingegen bietet jeglichen Comfort und ist mit TV und begehbaren Kleiderschrank bestens ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist das Haus wirklich schön, aber auch recht hellhörig.
Der Empfang durch Jean-Luc war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unsere einzige Kritik: in Sachen Sauberkeit gibt es nur 4 von 5 Sternen, da hier und da eine Staubschicht nicht zu übersehen war.
