Set in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region, this authentic house offers a peaceful setting for your stay. Its interior decoration is imbued with its environment: paintings and objects representing horses and other farm animals. Outside, you'll enjoy the calm, green surroundings, the proximity of horses and other animals, and the pond with its giant carp and koi. You'll be in a region rich in stud farms, between Caen and Lisieux, and 40 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Fleurie (Deauville, Cabourg...). You'll also be able to discover a wide range of local specialities, including Normandy cheeses and apple products. Nathalie can arrange for traditional or exotic dishes to be delivered to the Holiday cottage, as well as outdoor floral art coaching, weather permitting!

Detached house on property comprising owners' dwelling, farm building and horse stalls. The house is entirely furnished on one level with a living room (dining room, sitting area with sofa and fireplace), kitchen, corridor leading to toilet, shower room and 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 100x200cm). Garden furniture, picnic table, barbecue, deckchairs. 6-hectare property with meadows for horses and a large unsafe pond (not recommended for young Kids). Outdoor games (boules, molki, darts).4m x 8m, 1.50 m deep, heated swimming pool (May-September) with high, retractable cover and covered terrace overlooking the pool and pond. It will be reserved for the exclusive use of guests from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. During the fishing season, we can also provide access to our private ponds.
