Fishing on site, rowing boat and pedal boats available. Play area with ping-pong table, swing and trampoline. The beaches of the Côte de Nacre are 30 minutes away, as is Caen city center.
Detached house close to the owners' home. First floor: living room with sitting area and fireplace, kitchen, shower room with 2 showers (1 Kids, 1 adult), WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, baby bed). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (4 single beds, 1 double bed), shower room with WC. Garden with picnic table. First pet free; €42 per pet from the second.

Carlo PARFAIT !!!
La location du gîte est parfaite, surtout pour nos gosses : très grand jardin, étang, jeux ... ils n'avaient qu'à sortir de la maison pour s'amuser !
Un seul point : le matériel de cuisine est plutôt limité et bric-à-brac.

Moyen avec une cuisine à revoir four à micro onde intérieur rouillé pommeau de douche cassé tapis chambre vieillots maison sombre obligé de mettre les lumières.

Groot huis met voldoende ruimte voor een groot gezin. De foto's op de website matchen volledig met de beschrijving/realiteit.
Kinderen hebben genoten van de ruimte, de natuur, de schommel,de trampoline,..
Er werd ook dagelijks gevist op karper; misschien een tip; enkele grotere karpers opsteken.
Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Normandië te gaan verkennen (oorlogsmusea/landingsstranden).
Wij komen hier nog terug!

Groot huis ,mooie tuin ,veel vis gevangen, helaas bijna geen bereik en dus zeker geen WiFi. Met pubers of bereik voor fam of zaak een probleem...
