Discover this charming studio located between Caen and the sea. It has been completely renovated to offer a colorful, modern and well-equipped interior. The 4500m² property, set between woods and marshes, is a peaceful place to rest and contemplate nature. It is located on a hiking trail, 10 minutes from the Maison de la Nature de la Baie de Sallenelles, and you can also cycle to Merville beach in 20 minutes.
Studio on the first floor of the owners' house, with independent entrance via an outside staircase: fully-equipped kitchen area, living area with sofa, sleeping area with double bed 140x190cm, bathroom with WC. Outdoor space reserved for the Holiday cottage in the property with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Closed shed for bikes or motorcycles. Possibility of unloading in the courtyard.

Jonathan Wonderful Week in Lovely Normandy
Peace and calm by the River Orne: one of the quietest gites I've enjoyed in a great location near trails down the river to the estuary and the coast - seals, kingfisher, heron, cormorant... This time I was alone: brought walking shoes and my bicycle which proved a great way to visit Pegasus Bridge, Merville Battery, the D-Day beaches, Beuvron-en-Auge, Honfleur and Bayeux. Lovely welcome, lovely people and a great little gites.
