In one of the pretty villages in the hinterland, a house with typical Auvergne architecture, set on a hillside with a beautiful view over the surrounding valleys. The interior is very comfortable and bright, and tastefully decorated. Enjoy the beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate, and the historic districts of Dives-sur-Mer. This gîte is perfect for people with reduced mobility.
Detached house. First floor: entrance, living room with fireplace, sitting area with armchairs and sofa, kitchen area, storeroom, shower room with WC, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (160 cm). First floor: 2 separate bedrooms (1 double bed 140 cm, 2 single beds 90 cm), landing with sofa, bathroom, WC. Garden with garden table. No arrivals after 6pm.

Der Empfang war herzlich und die Übergabe unkompliziert, ebenso die Abnahme vor der Abreise. Das Ferienhaus ist hervoragend ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz. Dass es etwas abseits liegt, lässt sich bereits im Internet erkennen. Durch seine Lage hat man absolute Ruhe. Wir können es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Les Sagiens Super !!
Gite très confortable, idéal pour passer du temps au calme et profiter du panorama du pays d'auge. Si vous êtes chanceux, vous verrez biche et faon, faisan et autres animaux. Bien situé sur la côte fleurie, à quelques lieues de la plage et des sentiers de randonnée.
