Located 10 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the historic center of Bayeux, this holiday cottage is the perfect home for your family getaway. A wide variety of games for kids and adults are available. The south-facing garden and its terrace guarantee peace and relaxation. The owner may offer pet-sitting services; rates to be determined with her.
Detached holiday cottage. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplaces, sofas, armchairs, 1 double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and toilet, laundry room with toilet (exterior access). First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom, toilet. 500 m² garden with a large terrace on a 5,000 m² lot. Guitar and electric piano available upon request. Garage with space for bicycles; this area is locked. Accessible for 2 people with "Tourism and Handicap" certification. Several pets are allowed upon prior request: 1st free pet, additional pets subject to a fee (€50/pet/stay).

Bienvenue au gîte de la Colline ! Le Calvados est riche d'architectures et d'histoires, je pourrais vous conseiller de belles randonnées près du cimetière américain qui sont méconnus du grand public et bien d'autres... Je prends soin de l'extérieur du gîte, le jardin est planté de fleurs et d'arbustes qui est très apprécié. A bientôt France-Odile

Viv Peaceful, beautiful garden
It’s a lovely old property set in beautiful garden. It is deep in the countryside with no restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity, but the lovely coastal villages of the landing beaches are from about a 20 minute drive away.
The house is well equipped with everything you need, although some of it is well worn.
Madame was very welcoming and helpful. I would be happy to visit again. My lasting memory is of the absolute quiet in the garden, broken only by birdsong. Very peaceful and relaxing.- Cleanliness

Anke Geschmackvoll, rustikal und sehr ruhig
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit vierköpfiger Familie plus zwei Hunde. Das schöne alte Haus ist mit viel Gefühl renoviert. Im Erdgeschoss ist genug Platz, um überall mit einem Rollstuhl hinzukommen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und auch ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist gut eingezäunt, so dass die Hunde jederzeit rauskonnten. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!
