Bienvenue au gîte Le Friscoriot, nous sommes augerons et aimons beaucoup le Pays d'Auge pour tous les paysages qu'il nous offre. Cette ancienne bâtisse historique datant de la révolution et dont la restauration a été faite avec les matériaux traditionnels tels que : torchis, silex, vieilles tuiles, tomettes... Des vaches et de petits veaux sont à proximité du gîte. Nous pourrons vous indiquer quelques circuits de randonnées à faire à vélo ou à pied. A bientôt Sophie et Patrick

Gîte très bien équipé et spacieux, au calme. La piscine chauffée est un atout énorme.

CATH27 REVEILLON A LIVAROT
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est très spacieuse, grand salon au pied de la cheminée (fin décembre c'est appréciable) et un petit salon à l'étage où l'on peu s'isoler. La cuisine, vaste, est très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Kris The Perfect Getaway for a Family Refresh
We have had a faboulous stay in the house. Three generations and a dog ...all felt comfortable and enjoyed being in the beautiful, historic, and authentic house and it'striking surroundings. A perfect spot that definately inspired everyone to really relax and just enjoy the place and family togetherness.

Maraq Réunion de famille 2025
Cadre idéal en pleine campagne pour une réunion de famille, nous étions 10 adultes et 4 enfants. Chacun avait son espace. La piscine chauffée et son aménagement sont un plus. L'équipement global est correct.
Quelques rafraîchissements seraient à prévoir : plan de travail dans la cuisine,carrelage des douches en bas.
Un frigidaire pour 15 n'est également pas suffisant.

les copines réveillon excellent
Le gîte était exactement tel que décrit.
Nous étions 6, donc chacune avait sa chambre, l'idéal pour nous.
Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, l'accueil du propriétaire très agréable.
Magnifique cheminée avec un tirage exemplaire, qui nous a permis de faire du feu chaque jour. Les pièces, salon/salle à manger et cuisine ouverte permettent à chacun de participer à la vie commune.
Étant donné la saison nous n'avons pas profité des extérieurs.
