Don't miss the view from the Notre Dame de Grâce chapel over Honfleur and the Seine estuary.
Duplex adjoining another Holiday cottage, studio ref 3334. The interior features a large living room with sitting area, BZ sofa (single bed), armchair, dining area, open-plan kitchen and shower room with WC. Upstairs is an open-plan bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm). Private terrace not overlooked by neighboring Holiday cottage, with garden table, deckchairs and barbecue. Access to shared grounds via stairs. A third Holiday cottage on site: ref 3333. Washing machine in garage shared with 2 other Holiday cottages.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, grâce, notamment à la qualité du gîte: spacieux, confortable, propre, à proximité de Honfleur. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lydie, qui est disponible et très sympathique, avec laquelle nous avons également partagé de bons moments de conversations.

La communication a été agréable du début du séjour jusqu'à la fin. Des invités comme André et Béatrice sont la raison pou la quelle j'adore ce métier .La maison a été laissé très propre.Je serai ravie de l'accueillir à nouveau.

J'ai eu un immense plaisir de faire la connaissance de Mr et Mm Devergne .Un couple très charmant et bienveillant. Le contact était vraiment sympa des le début. Le duplex a été laissé propre et bien rangé. Au plaisir d'avoir de nouveau l'occasion d'échanger ensemble. Je recommande vivement

SPENCE Lovely compact property
A good property in a great location. The host, Lydie was delightful and very helpful. It was quite small but the only "complaint" would be there was not a comfortable sofa to sit on in the evening. There was a rather small bed settee only. Since we were out most of the time this was not a problem - but if the weather had not been great and we were spending evenings inside this would have been a bit of a pain. Kitchen was fine and everything worked OK. Bedroom on the mezzanine was a good size with plenty storage drawers etc. The fairly steep open slatted staircase may be an issue for somebody with limited mobility - especially as the only toilet is on the ground floor. Very close to great shops, several supermarkets and a short car ride to Honfleur and the beaches at Deauville. WE had a great stay!
