Sports enthusiasts will love the nearby cycle paths and the Souleuvre bungee jumping site. Lac de Rabodanges and Lac de la Dathée (golf) are also well worth a visit. Detached house featuring, on the ground floor, a large kitchen, a spacious living room with sofas, a small wood-burning stove, a restroom, and a laundry area. The first floor has two large bedrooms (one electric bed measuring 2x80x200 cm, one bed measuring 90x190 cm, and three beds measuring 90x200 cm), with bathrooms and toilets attached to each bedroom. The second floor features a large open-concept dorm-style room with four single beds (90x200 cm) and a separate bedroom with one bed (140x190 cm), as well as a shower room and a restroom. Outside, the garden is planted with fruit trees. Ping-pong table, darts, pétanque court, and a swing set. Foosball table in the dormitory. Bike storage available in the outbuilding.
