Enjoy a nature break at Le Courtil de Manneville. It's upstairs to take advantage of the unique location, overlooking a beautiful wooded valley. The view and garden will help you unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Your hosts have designed an eco-friendly accommodation (using wood, hemp and wood fiber) and adapted it for people with electrosensitivity. You'll appreciate its bright, comfortable interior, well-equipped for 2 adults and possibly children. You can set off on a loop hike from the gîte, or take a ride in the 2CV (on request). You'll be just a few minutes from the village of Pont l'Evèque, renowned for its small shops, local markets and restaurants. The beaches of Deauville and Trouville are 20 minutes away.
Holiday cottage on the first floor of a building annexed to the owners' home (the first floor is used as an office and part of it is unoccupied). The interior is laid out like a large studio with a fitted kitchen area, a sofa (convertible for 1 or 2 Kids on request) and a bedroom area with 1 double bed 140x190cm. Separate shower room and toilet. The exterior includes a private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, among a vast garden shared with the owners with several vegetable areas including a "mandala" vegetable garden and a greenhouse, private parking space. Wired Internet connection (cables and adapters available) . Shared kitchen and laundry facilities on the ground floor of the Holiday cottage.

Hurst Perfect
The location of the gite was absolutely perfect for us, it is a stunning location, with plenty of beautiful circular walks in the location itself. It is only 20 minutes drive to some stunning beaches on the Normandy coast and within easy drive of all the locations we intended to visit. The gite is well equipped and beautifully maintained, and the owners were wonderful, we would definitely use this as a base again to explore different areas of this part of France. If you want lots of restaurants etc, this is probably not for you, but the gite is well equipped for you to cater for yourself!

moira seul au monde
Prévoir un forfait internet assez important pour les informations nationales et météo... La bouilloire trop encrassé pour s en servir. Pas assez de couverts obligé de les laver à la main. Pas d horloge obligé de dormir avec le portable allumé. Traverser la pelouse trempée pour aller à la voiture avec des chaussures d été, pas très agréable.
Honfleur est très jolie, Lisieux très spirituel, après ?

Nous avons lu avec intérêt votre avis, nous sommes étonnés par vos remarques, nous souhaitons vous apporter quelques précisions.
Nous avons avons conçu ce gite sans réseau WIFI pour faire bénéficier à nos hôtes d'un environnement avec une faible émission de champ électromagnétique. Pour autant ce gite est équipé de 3 prises RJ45 pour bénéficier d'internet en filaire via la fibre. Le réseau 4 G complète l'accès à internet.
Effectivement, l'eau de ville sur notre commune est calcaire et un dépôt dans la bouilloire s'est formé. Un filtre va être posée prochainement.
Notre gite de 2 personnes étant équipée d'un lave vaisselle, nous pensions que 6 couverts étaient suffisant.
Notre région offre de nombreux autres attrais que Honfleur et Lisieux: des grandes plages, un patrimoine riche en petits villages pleins de charme et de nombreux chemins de randonnées.....
Nous vous remercions pour vos remarques, elles nous font toujours avancées, mais nous tenons à conserver et à développer le coté nature de notre gite avec son jardin, son potager et son verger, tout en offrant tout le confort d'un 3 épis.
