Stay just outside Caen in a peaceful village close to all the shops. "Le Contemporain" is a pleasant, comfortable Holiday cottage with a tasteful decor. The location is ideal for visiting the Calvados region, with Cabourg beach 20 minutes away, Deauville 30 minutes, Honfleur 40 minutes or the D-Day landing beaches 40 minutes away. Little extras: sweet treats waiting for you on arrival, barbecue and close proximity to Caen city center for a nice little eatery.
Duplex apartment on the first floor of a house with two other Holiday cottages (2301 and 2299). Living room with sitting area, sofa bed (sleeps 2), kitchenette, shower room with WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed: 180cm), sitting area with armchairs. Communal, enclosed grounds with picnic table and barbecue. Parking to be shared between the 3 Holiday cottages.

VIA Séjour très agréable
Le gîte est bien équipé, très propre et bien situé. La propriétaire est accueillante et présente pour répondre aux besoins du locataire.
Juste un petit regret concernant l'absence de transats pour les gîtes de l'étage pour pouvoir se "poser" à l'extérieur.- Cleanliness

Je prends bonne note de votre petit regret et mettrai à disposition deux transats supplémentaires pour les gîtes d'étage. Vous pouviez néanmoins utiliser les fauteuils colorés sur le côté de la maison.
