The holiday cottage is attached to the owner's home and is located on a large 2-hectare property that includes two other holiday cottages (ref. 3602 and 3722). The ground floor features a living room with sofas and a foosball table, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a foyer with a sitting area (armchairs), a half-bath, and a pantry. The upper floor features the Romantic Room for 2 people (1 160cm bed), the Aigue Marine Room for 4 people (1 160cm bed and 1 140cm bed), the “Printanière” Room for 2 people (1 160cm bed), the “Countryside” Room for 3 people (1 160cm bed and 1 140cm sofa bed for 1 person), the “Coucher de Soleil” room for 4 people (1 160cm bed and 1 140cm sofa bed for 2 people). Each room has a TV and an en suite bathroom with a toilet. The holiday cottage features a large, wooded, private garden with a terrace, patio furniture, and lounge chairs.
