Ideally located in the heart of the Normandy bocage, amidst its magnificent rolling landscapes, the holiday cottage is right next to Villers-Bocage and all its shops, just 25 km from Bayeux and 35 km from Arromanches-les-Bains and the famous D-Day beaches.

A holiday cottage attached to the owner’s home, converted from a former farmhouse. On the ground floor: a bedroom for 2 people with two 90-cm beds that can be joined to form a 180-cm bed, accessible both from inside the house and via a separate exterior entrance; a bathroom with a toilet (macro-toilet); and a laundry room with a washing machine. On the first floor (access via an outdoor staircase): living room with a wood-burning stove, dining area, fully equipped open kitchen with a bar, and a separate toilet. On the second floor: one bedroom with two 90-cm beds, one bedroom with a 140-cm bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a landing furnished with games. Outside: an unfenced garden with a private patio, patio furniture, a barbecue, and private parking in the courtyard, facing the holiday cottage.
