Just a few meters from the house, a small path takes you directly to the Barthelemy park, where Kids will have the time of their lives. Luc sur Sea is a 10-minute drive away, a lively seaside resort all year round. The cities of Caen, Arromanches les bains and Bayeux are a 30-minute drive away. On your way to visit the D-Day landing sites in Normandy, take time to discover the cookie factories, not forgetting the Courseulles sur Sea Market where you can stock up on fresh shellfish and fish! Semi-detached house with kitchen-living room opening onto an enclosed terrace, small shed for storing equipment (possibility of putting one or two bikes). The ground floor comprises a kitchen opening onto a living-dining room, a convertible sofa (real mattress), wc. The first floor comprises a double bedroom with (1 bed 160x200), a second double bedroom with (2 beds 90x200, it is possible to combine the beds into 1 bed 180x200), wc, shower room. Holiday cottage ideal for 4 people, can sleep up to 6 as there's a quality sofa bed in the living room. Parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage are free but not reserved for the Holiday cottage.
