You'll appreciate the carefully renovated rooms with their antique parquet flooring and exposed stonework. On sunny days, you'll love the large terrace, sheltered from the wind and in a peaceful setting. Take advantage of its ideal location to do everything within walking distance: shops, restaurants, swimming, fishing, walks along the Sea and even your gourmet break in the tea room... Just a few meters from the house, a small path takes you directly to the Barthelemy park, where Kids will have the time of their lives. Luc sur Sea is a 10-minute drive away, a lively seaside resort all year round. The cities of Caen, Arromanches les bains and Bayeux are a 30-minute drive away. On your way to visit the D-Day landing sites in Normandy, take time to discover the cookie factories, not forgetting the Courseulles sur Sea Market where you can stock up on fresh shellfish and fish! (10 minutes' drive from the Holiday cottage).

Semi-detached house with a living room/kitchen that opens onto an enclosed terrace, and a small shed for storing equipment (enough space for one or two bicycles). The ground floor features a kitchen that opens onto a living/dining room; the sofa is a sleeper (with a full-size mattress), and there is a toilet. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom with one 160x200 bed, a second double bedroom with two 90x200 beds (which can be pushed together to form one 180x200 bed), a toilet, and a bathroom. This is an ideal holiday cottage for 4 people, with a capacity of 6 people thanks to the high-quality sofa bed in the living room. Parking spaces in front of the holiday cottage are free but not reserved for guests.
