Situated in a quiet, unspoilt hamlet, this charming traditional house offers a very warm interior: exposed stone walls, beams, wood-burning stove, colorful fabrics and large picture windows make the living room a very pleasant space in which to relax. You'll also appreciate the south-facing terrace and the large wooded garden. The gîte is ideally located for discovering the riches of the Suisse Normande region, including the many hiking trails in the Orne valley, climbing around Clécy, the Roche d'Oëtre, canoeing and the leisure pool at Thury Harcourt. By bike, the "voie verte" will take you to Caen along the banks of the Orne.

First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area with wood-burning stove, sofa and armchairs, 1 2-person bedroom (2 beds 90cm including 1 pull-out bed, can be twinned to form 1 bed 180cm). Upstairs: 2 independent bedrooms: 1 for 2 people (1 bed 140cm) and 1 for 2 people (2 beds 90cm+200CM), bathroom, WC. Pancake party. Garden with terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs. Outdoor games available (badminton, boules, etc.). Holiday cottage not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
