Located on the outskirts of Caen and in the heart of a lively village with all shops and services, Le Cadran Solaire is a spacious, functional, bright and well-appointed vacation home. You'll love the peaceful, unoverlooked garden and ping-pong table for the kids. Ideal location for discovering Calvados: 10 minutes from Caen (Memorial, Château Ducal), 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of Merville or Ouistreham and 40 minutes from Deauville and Trouville. Karting track 8km away.
Semi-detached house attached to another residence. Ground floor: entryway, living room with seating area (sofas, armchairs), fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, half-bath with sink. First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90-cm beds that can be converted into a single 180-cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140-cm bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. Basement with a ping-pong table and a laundry room. Private garden with outdoor furniture.

Famille en Normandie Un super séjour
Accueil discret, mais une grande disponibilité et la mise à disposition de tout le nécessaire. La maison était très propre, et est très bien placée, à 10 min de Caen, proche des plages, dans un village où il y a tous les commerces.

MC Rendez vous aux jardins
Le gîte est propre, spacieux et très bien et équipé en vaisselle et instruments de cuisine ; rien ne manque ! Les lits, de bonne grandeur, sont confortables. La décoration est simple mais jolie. La rue est très calme. Le temps nous a empêché de profiter du jardin où nous aurions certainement été très à l'aise et au calme.

Les Audois Vacances de printemps
Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec nos petits enfants dans ce gite . Confortable , très bonne literie . Bien situé pour rayonner , des plages du débarquement , au Mont St Michel , Etretat et le Haras du pin . Des commerces à proximité .
Merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue , le pommeau à été apprécié .
