Located on the outskirts of Caen and in the heart of a lively village with all shops and services, Le Cadran Solaire is a spacious, functional, bright and well-appointed vacation home. You'll love the peaceful, unoverlooked garden and ping-pong table for the kids. Ideal location for discovering Calvados: 10 minutes from Caen (Memorial, Château Ducal), 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of Merville or Ouistreham and 40 minutes from Deauville and Trouville. Karting track 8km away.
Semi-detached village house. First floor: entrance, living room with sitting area (sofas, armchairs), fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, toilet with washbasin. First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds that can be converted into 1 x 180cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed, TV in each bedroom), shower room with toilet. Rendez vous aux jardins
5/5Le gîte est propre, spacieux et très bien et équipé en vaisselle et instruments de cuisine ; rien ne manque ! Les lits, de bonne grandeur, sont confortables. La décoration est simple mais jolie. La rue est très calme. Le temps nous a empêché de profiter du jardin où nous aurions certainement été très à l'aise et au calme.

5/5Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec nos petits enfants dans ce gite . Confortable , très bonne literie . Bien situé pour rayonner , des plages du débarquement , au Mont St Michel , Etretat et le Haras du pin . Des commerces à proximité .
Merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue , le pommeau à été apprécié .
