This pretty longère offers lovely countryside views. The interior is spacious and bright, particularly in the living room, thanks to the large bay windows. The layout of the main room is very convivial, with a central island, an eating bar and a wood-burning stove. Annette and Claude have thought of everything for your comfort. 10 minutes away in Saint-Sever, you'll find the shops, the forest (accrobranche, hiking trails). 15 minutes away, the Souleuvre site offers a variety of thrilling activities, from bungee jumping and zip-lining to the giant swing and barefoot garden. You'll be less than an hour from Mont St-Michel or the D-Day beaches.
Detached Bungalow on one level, comprising a very large living room with open kitchen (central island, eat-in kitchen), lounge area with corner sofa, pellet stove that supplies underfloor heating throughout the house (€2 per bag of pellets, maximum 1 bag per day during heating season), 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom 2 people (1 bed 160cm), 1 bedroom 2 people (2 beds 90cm), 1 bedroom 2 people (2 beds 90cm Bunk beds), 1 bathroom with a large shower, 1 WC, 1 very large garage with table soccer and ping-pong table. Outside, garden with terrace, table and garden furniture, deckchairs. Raclette, fondue and multi-crêpe machines.

moetsté Vacances à la campagne
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances . Nous qui aimons la campagne étions ravis du calme . A 15 minutes en voiture de Vire (très beau village et animé) , 45 min de Granville et environ un petite heure des plages du débarquement de quoi choisir car il y a plein de choses à faire… Le gite est équipé aussi d'un baby-foot et d'une table de ping-pong pour s'amuser. La propriétaire a été très accueillante avec une petite attention à l'arrivée qui était très bonne (bouteille de cidre fait par leur soin).

La Taupe Fantastic stay
Fantastic stay,
Lovely house, it huge. Excellent house 'a campagne'.
We stayed 2 weeks. The second week we had neighbours in the form of 8 lovely cows. Our children did adore them.
The house is centrally located in the region. A good base for daily days out.
It's very quiet around the house. (Except the cows.. )An absolute joy to stay here.
