This apartment is located in a house that includes two other holiday cottages (ref. 2952 and 2955) and is close to the owners’ residence as well as two other holiday cottages (3195 and 3208). Upstairs: living room with kitchen area, sofa, 3 bedrooms (3 queen-size beds and 1 twin bed), bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet. Private outdoor area with terrace, patio furniture, and barbecue. Shared garden with a swing and slide. Shared pool for the holiday cottages and the owners. Dimensions: 9.6 m x 4.2 m. Depth: 1.4 m. The pool is covered and heated from May 1 to November 1, weather permitting. Mandatory cleaning fee if pets are present, to be paid to the owner. Electric vehicle charging station available for €20 per week (charging via non-designated outlets is not permitted).
