Ideal for a seaside getaway for two, this pleasant studio is bright and well-appointed. The south-facing balcony offers an unobstructed, unobstructed view. Here, everything is within walking distance: the beach, restaurants and shops, the Cinema, the Casino and all of Cabourg's seaside activities are just a 10-minute walk away. A pleasant public park is just 200 meters from the residence. You can also walk to the Promenade Marcel Proust for a breath of sea air, or to the Aqua Diva aquatic center.
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a quiet residence. It comprises a main room with a sleeping area (2 beds 80cm that can be twinned into 1 bed 160cm, individual comforters), a lounge and dining area and a kitchen area, a shower room with WC. Balcony with table, chairs, deckchairs and parasol. Raclette machine.

Alexandrine Un week-end de qualité à Cabourg
Le gîte est particulièrement bien situé (stationnement privatif, proximité rue piétonnière et commerçante, Grand Hôtel, Promenade Marcel Proust et plages). La petite copropriété, très calme est un havre de verdure et de tranquillité. Propriétaires bienveillants, à l'écoute et de très bons conseils. Je n'hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau pour un week-end ou davantage.

Studio très agréable dans une petite résidence calme et verdoyante, propre et fonctionnel, rien ne manque. Sa situation tout près du centre ville et du bord de mer est appréciable. Le temps n'était pas génial mais il ne nous a pas empêché de visiter la région. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. A recommander sans hésitation.
