Less than 10 minutes from Caen's tourist center and close to all amenities, "l'Authentique" is a pleasant gîte. Its comfortable, bright interior is decorated with care. Its central location is ideal for exploring the region, and you'll be less than 20 minutes from the coast (Cabourg), 40 minutes from the D-Day landing beaches (Omaha Beach) or 50 minutes from Honfleur. Breakfast available on request.

Duplex apartment on the first floor of a house with two other Holiday cottages. Living room with armchairs, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Attic floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed: 180cm). Shared grounds with picnic table. Parking to be shared between the 3 Holiday cottages.

Très bon séjour en Normandie

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire avec une bouteille de jus de pomme offerte.
Le gîte est fonctionnel pour deux personnes pour passer des vacances dans cette belle région.
Nous recommandons vivement ce petit duplex.

La gîte idéale pour un couple en vacances.

Le gîte est bien équipé et la chambre à coucher, un véritable cocon pour amoureux, est accessible par un escalier en colimaçon.
Demouville est parfaitement située pour visiter Caen, les marais de Varaville ou se baigner sur les plages de Franceville.
