You'll be 15 minutes from Livarot (famous for its cheese), 50 minutes from Suisse Normande and the beaches of the Côte Fleurie, and 30 minutes from Lisieux. For gourmets, don't miss the Market in St Pierre Sur Dives, a small city remarkable for its market hall and medieval abbey. And for moments of relaxation, take advantage of the outdoor wood-fired Nordic Spa (private to the Holiday cottage, €50 for 2 days and €10 per additional night, payable on site to the owner), available all year round.

The Holiday cottage is located on a large property comprising several buildings currently being renovated and a 2-person gîte (ref 3242). The Holiday cottage is on one level. It comprises a large living room with dining area, kitchen area, lounge area (2 sofas, 1 of which converts into 2 additional beds) and sleeping area for 2 people (160cm bed, high-quality bedding), a shower room and WC. Unenclosed private garden of 500m² on 6.5 hectares of parkland. Garden furniture, deckchairs, electric plancha. Parking on the property. Electric vehicle charging station (€10 full charge). Holiday cottage not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Heated communal Piscine available from April 1 to September 30 (4m x 10m, depth 1.50m), supplement €50 for 2-day weekend and €10 for additional days.
