For gourmets, don't miss the Market in St Pierre Sur Dives, a remarkable little City with its market hall and medieval abbey. And for moments of relaxation, take advantage of the wood-fired outdoor Nordic Spa.

The Holiday cottage is located on a large property with several buildings currently being renovated and a 2-person gîte (ref 3242). This single-storey, independent Holiday cottage comprises a large living room with dining area, kitchen, lounge (2 sofas including 1 convertible: possibility of 2 additional beds) and sleeping area for 2 people (160cm bed), a shower room and WC. Private garden of 500m² on 6.5 hectares of parkland (3 unsecured ponds on the property). Electric vehicle charging station. Holiday cottage not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Communal heated Piscine available from June 1 to September 15 (4m x 10m, depth 1.50m) at an extra charge of €50 for a 2-day weekend and €10 for additional days. Outdoor wood-fired Nordic Spa (private to the Holiday cottage, €50 for 2 days and €10 per additional night, payable on site to the owner) available all year round. Exterior cameras on the property.
